Certified Angus Beef®, the "Original Beef Brand" , in teamwork with the government inspection agency - CFIA, who manages the selection of Angus cattle that meet 10 science based specifications based on breed, marbling, maturity, yield, quality, tenderness and appearance factors!


Program standards exceed those of Canadian Prime & AAA including all in house branded programs throughout Canada, plus have pound by pound tracking to ensure integrity and creditability of the brand & the highest customer satisfaction ratings!
